What we collect
When you book, we collect the name, email address and optional phone number you enter, plus the details of the booking itself: activity, package, date, time, number of guests and amount paid.
Why we use it
To create and confirm your booking, issue and validate your voucher, let you retrieve the booking later, and to settle the amount owed to the operator. We also keep financial records of completed bookings as required for accounting.
Who we share it with
The operator running your activity receives the details they need to deliver it — your name, guest count, booking date and time, and contact details for day-of coordination. Payment providers receive the information needed to process the transaction. We do not sell personal data.
Keeping it safe
Booking, payment and commission records are stored in a database with row-level access rules, so an operator can only see their own bookings and the public site can only read published listings.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal data associated with a booking, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us with your booking reference.
