Terms of service

1. Our role

BaliLoka operates a marketplace. Each activity is supplied by an independent operator, who is responsible for delivering the experience, for the safety of participants and for compliance with local regulations. Your booking contract for the experience itself is with that operator.

2. Bookings and vouchers

A booking is confirmed when we issue a booking reference and voucher. The voucher is valid for the date, time, package and number of guests shown, and may be redeemed once. Bring it with you to the meeting point.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and include the operator's package rate plus the BaliLoka service fee shown at checkout. Prices, discounts and availability are calculated on our servers at the time of booking; displayed estimates are not binding until the booking is created.

4. Changes and cancellations

Each operator sets its own cancellation policy, published in full on the activity page. Where an operator cancels a departure, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

5. Participation

Activities may involve physical activity, water or vehicles. You must disclose relevant medical conditions and follow the operator's safety instructions. Operators may refuse participation where safety requirements are not met.

6. Reviews

Reviews may only be submitted by travellers with a completed booking, and must describe their own genuine experience.
